RE$781 million in total properties across 450+ acquisitions… Happy EOFY!
As we look back on an incredible financial year, we are proud to share the outstanding achievements and growth at Rethink Investing, Australia’s leading commercial buyer’s agency. This financial year, we secured over $781 million in total properties across 450+ acquisitions, and in June alone, we acquired 45 properties valued at over $85.5 million.
In 2024, we have welcomed more than 20 new hires so far, strengthening our team with specialised skills in acquisitions, high-level due diligence, commercial and residential sales. Our expansion into New Zealand marks a significant milestone as we continue to grow and serve our clients across the region with the commercial property market driven by strong demand and strategic government initiatives.
The Australian market remains resilient, with confidence in industrial assets, essential retail, and well-located freehold properties. Despite a slight increase in national vacancy rates, leasing activity has shown stability, presenting attractive opportunities for investors.
We are also celebrating the growth of our podcast, Inside Commercial Property, which has now released 50 episodes. This reflects our commitment to providing valuable insights and expert advice to our listeners.
