ED😳🤨 Je suis tombé dans le piège ! Mais on ne m’y reprendra plus !
Je me rends à une estimation après qu’un propriétaire m’indique qu’une amie m’ouvrira.
Pensant être face à un tiers neutre, je parle librement.
Je fais mon estimation, j’explique le marché,
et j’évoque le fait que l’agence en place a, selon moi, surestimé le bien.
À un moment, je pose la question :
« Vous n’êtes pas de l’agence, quand même ? »
Réponse : « Si, je suis l’agence. »
C’est là que je réalise que j’ai parlé en toute confiance, pensant échanger de manière informelle.
Moralité : attention à ce que l’on raconte.
Et surtout, je fais un rêve : plus d’honnêteté et de transparence, pour un immobilier plus sain.
👉 Pour celles et ceux qui veulent le nom de l’agence : je le donne en privé 😉.
