KEThe only choice, the United States has as the leading economy now is to get bigger. Figure out a way to get bigger and be able to spend 5 to 7% of the GDP to do nothing except defense. The country they're gonna do that with most likely is Canada. Why do I say that? Canada has unlimited natural resources, softwood lumber, water, gas, electrical power, rare earth, everything. It only has 40 million people. It's geo-locked to the world's largest economy, the United States. Join the economies, standardize on the American dollar. As long as they agree to spend 5% of GDP, not defending the 49th parallel, defending the North against the Chinese.

And loss of fitness and deconditioning is real, yes. But you know what deconditions more? Being in bed or on the couch all the time.
I still hope to someday not need my chair. But for now - I’m not going to let the fear of judgement and stigma of disability stop me from living my life. 🫶

MIMold Update now that we are a month and a half post mold remediation!!!
75% of my symptoms have disappeared.
I’ve been able to get off of all of my bladder medications except for elmiron (don’t worry I’m getting my eyes regularly checked)
I have my creative brain back
I’m able to workout again
No skin rashes
And this is just the very very beginning.

GEI was able to pay off $36,000 in student loan debt in 18 months using the debt snowball method.
Step 1: List your debts from smallest to largest.
Step 2: Make minimum payments on all debts except the smallest, throwing as much extra money as you can at that smallest debt. Once that one’s paid off, take the entire amount you were putting toward that debt and apply it to the next smallest debt on your list, while continuing to make minimum payments on the rest.
Step 3: Repeat the process with the next smallest debt until they’re all paid off. The more you pay off, the more money you can throw at your next payment—like a snowball rolling downhill, getting bigger and faster as it goes!

TRSo excited I knocked my Floyd out of tune!!! Finally I was able to make my tweed deluxe not sound like a tweed deluxe. Coolest little amp ever except totally sucks for my hack ass style of playing but not anymore!!! One tiny little modification worked and now I can’t wait to get the damn expensive Alnico Blue out of it and throw a greenback in there and probably an SS rectifier 🤞 I’m happy. Thanks to the dude that told me what to do ❤️

Well everyone and their mother has had their say on this situation except for the woman herself, Hilda, and thanks to Richard Altizer with Mountain Water Watch, I was able to spend some valuable time with Hilda and really get her perspective.
My personal opinion is Hilda is definitely a woman who’s rough around the edges, and everyone in her life knows that, but I do feel we need get back to common sense decision making in our society and to arrest this 84 year old woman for essentially a “Stay off my lawn” comment, is absurd. Richard and I are looking more into some other motivations from the powers that be behind this arrest, and we should have follow up content coming soon.
