Brazilian food is bold, generous and full of heart — shaped by Indigenous, African and Portuguese influences, and always made with sharing in mind. It’s food that brings people together and keeps everyone lingering at the table a little longer. We went for feijoada, the classic pork and black bean stew, served with rice — rich, comforting and perfect for a family meal. And of course, we couldn’t skip pão de queijo. These little balls of cheesy goodness have been a firm family favourite ever since the fabulous @jawow_ shared them with me from his Tia’s kitchen many years ago. Have you ‘borrowed’ a dish from elsewhere that’s become a ‘house special?’
