MA✨ Natürliche DIY Eye Pads – ganz einfach selbst gemacht mit Vitamin C für Glow up und Entspannung✨
So mache ich sie:
• 30 g hochwertige Rindergelatine mit 3 TL kaltem Wasser quellen lassen
• Früchte mit etwas Wasser erhitzen, kurz aufkochen – nur die Flüssigkeit verwenden
• Gelatine in die heiße Fruchtflüssigkeit rühren, bis alles glatt ist
• Sehr dünn in eine Form gießen und leicht abkühlen lassen
• Etwas Vitamin-C-Pulver einrühren
• Kühlen, fest werden lassen & in Eye-Pad-Form schneiden
Wie wirken die auf der Haut?
• Die Gelatine bildet beim Auflegen eine leichte, feuchtigkeitsspeichernde Schicht.
• Dadurch fühlt sich die Haut unter dem Pad erfrischt und glatter an.

Yo soy de las que se niega a usar marcas de lujo cuando puedo conseguir los mismos resultados con productos naturales que Dios puso en la creación 💗
Para hacer tus propios parches vas a necesitar:
• 1/2 cata. gelatina sin sabor
• Un poco de agua caliente
• 1 cdta. miel
• 1 cda. café de grano
• Moldes para parches
Mezcla todos los ingredientes y pásalos a tu molde. Refrigera por 20 min y listo! "
Estos parches son de un solo uso y te dejan la piel muy muy suave! si te sobra mezcla puedes usarla como mascarilla en todo tu rostro dejando actuar por 15 min y luego enjuague ☺️✨

Me encanta un buen momento de selfcare, pero no todo lo que mejore nuestra piel tiene que ser caro y con químicos!!
Esta eses una receta súper simple y refrescante para las mañanas con hinchazón!! Son súper fresquitos y calmantes en los ojos cansados <3
Cómo hacerlos:
1. Ralla y cuela un pepino hasta obtener aprox. 1/3 taza de jugo
2. Añade en un vaso a parte 1 sobre de gelatina neutra
3. Añade al vaso con la gelatina 1/3 de agua caliente hasta que se disuelva
4. Vierte el jugo y la gelatina disuelta en un plato o moldes
5. Ponla en a la nevera hasta que solidifique (2 horas aprox.)
Y aplícalos sobre la piel limpia durante unos 5 minutos🌱
