CAIt’s taken me some time to process the @fallingforward__ experience and the impact it’s had on me. Hearing @rachelkolisi share her story stirred something really deep in my heart. So much of what she spoke about felt like it mirrored parts of my own journey this past year.
It’s been almost a year of doing the kind of healing that you can’t really explain to people unless they’ve walked it themselves. The kind where you sit with yourself, get really honest about what matters to you, and sometimes make the hardest decisions you never imagined you’d have to make.
For me, faith has been such a huge part of that process. Learning to trust God’s timing, even when I didn’t fully understand what He was doing, and believing that sometimes the things that fall apart are actually creating space for deeper alignment with the life you’re meant to live.
Movement has also carried me through more than I can explain. Exercise, getting into my body, showing up for a workout even when my mind felt heavy, it became one of the ways I processed everything. Sometimes healing looked like prayer. Sometimes it looked like sweat, fresh air, and reminding myself that I’m stronger than the moment I’m in.
If there’s one thing this year has taught me, it’s the importance of taking time to truly know yourself. Not the version of you that keeps everyone comfortable… but the one that lives quietly in your heart. The one that knows what’s right, even when it’s difficult.
Healing isn’t quick, and it definitely isn’t easy. There’s no way around it, you have to walk through it. But if you give yourself the time, if you allow the process instead of rushing it, you really do start to heal.
And somewhere along the way, you realise you were never completely alone in it. God places people, moments, and reminders in your path exactly when you need them most.
So if you’re in a season of rebuilding, rediscovering, or making the hard choices… just know that healing is possible. Give yourself the time. Stay close to your faith. Keep moving your body. And trust that what’s being rebuilt in you will be stronger and more beautiful than you ever imagined 🤍

Sometimes I ask myself…
Who am I when I keep falling?
Who am I when I don’t get the skill?
Who am I when everyone else seems to improve faster?
This video is not about winning.
It’s about all my tries.
All my falls.
All the times I had to climb back up.
There were trainings where I felt frustrated.
When nothing worked.
When coach said, “Again.”
And again.
And again.
But I’m learning something.
Gymnastics is not just about skills.
It’s shaping my heart.
Strengthening my mind.
Teaching me to rise — again and again.
Every time I fall, I can choose to stay down…
or get back up.

“Not because of who I am, but because of what You’ve done…”
So I know…
I am not just my scores.
Not just my mistakes.
Not just my results.
I am God’s girl.
And I will keep trying.
