Pear Muffins with Pecan Crumble. This muffin recipe is another remake of one my older recipes. I changed a few things in the muffins themselves, such as replacing the sugar with maple syrup. But the real change came with the pecan crumble topping. I wanted to give this muffin a little something different from my standard crumb topping. And it did not disappoint! Make sure to save this fall muffin recipe and follow me, @therecipepress, for more seasonal recipes. Ingredients: 1 C. Old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 C. Wheat flour 1/2 C. AP flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Baking powder 1/2 tsp. Baking soda 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Allspice 1/2 C. Maple syrup 1/2 C. Oat milk (regular milk is ok) 2 eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla extract 1/4 C. Coconut oil, melted 1 to 1 1/4 C. Diced pear (1-1 1/2 Pears) Pecan crumble topping: 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted 1 C. Pecan crumbs 1/4 C. Brown. Sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt Method: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 cup muffin tin. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, fours, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice. Set aside. In a separate large mixing bowl, add in the eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, oat milk(or regular milk), and vanilla. Whisk until fully combined. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until just combined. Let the batter rest for about 5-10 minutes. While the batter is resting, make the pecan topping by adding the pecans to a food processor. Blend until the pecans are in crumbs. Pour into a small mixing bowl. Stir in the melted butter, browns sugar, cinnamon and pinch of salt. After the batter has rested, fold in the diced pears. Divide the batter into 12 muffin tins. Top with the pecan crumble. Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the muffins cool before removing them from the muffin tins. Ingredients - 1 cup Baby red potatoes, diced - 1 cup Butter - 4 Tbsp Duke’s Blackening Spice - 1 cup Sweet onions, diced - 1 cup Celery, diced - 1 Tbsp Fresh garlic, sliced - 1 cup Flour or GF flour - 1 quart Chicken Stock - 1 cup Sweet corn kernels - 1 ½ tsp Black pepper - ½ Tbsp Cumin - 1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped - ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped - 6 cups Heavy cream - 2 Tbsp Sour cream - Green, yellow, red peppers, julienned - 2 cups Chicken breast, diced Instructions 1. Boil potatoes until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a pot, melt butter and sauté seasoned chicken. Remove and set aside. 3. Cook onions, celery, and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add flour and cook the roux for 7 minutes. 4. Gradually stir in chicken stock. 5. Add chicken, potatoes, corn, spices, herbs, and cream. Heat for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and peppers. Pinch of salt Oil for frying Cinnamon sugar for coating __
 1. Mash the cooled, steamed pumpkin with a fork. 2. Add the beaten eggs and mix. 3. Sift in the cake flour, baking powder and salt. 4. Melt a little butter in a pan and add a little oil 5. When it starts sizzling, drop in heaped teaspoons of batter, making sure that they are nicely spaced apart, and fry each side until lightly browned. 6. Remove from pan and drain on kitchen paper. 5. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and eat warm.

Perfect on toast, crackers, or as a holiday appetizer. 😋 bon appétit Ingredients 1 leek 1 head of garlic 200 g fresh goat cheese ( or cream cheese ) 70 g whole almonds Olive oil Salt & pepper Smoked paprika 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1. Roast the garlic & leek Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F Wash the leek well and keep as much of the green as you can. Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil. Roast both for 40 min until soft and lightly caramelized. Let cool. Make the spread Roughly chop the almonds. Squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves. Combine garlic and leek, finely chop or pulse in a mixer. Mix in goat cheese and smoked paprika. Season with salt & pepper. Let's get into the cozy fall spirit with this Pumpkin Miso Ramen Recipe🍂 Pumpkin Miso Ramen Recipe Servings: 1 1 Spicy Red Miso immi packet ¼ cup pepita seeds, raw Handful of fresh sage leaves 11 oz canned pumpkin puree 1 ½ tsp sugar ½ tsp white miso Salsa macha, to taste Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, toss pepita seeds with olive oil, salt and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the pepitas on a small lined baking sheet and bake for 10 mins, or until golden brown. Set aside. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Add a few tbsp of olive oil and fry the sage leaves for 30 seconds or until golden brown on one side, then flip to fry on the other side. Set aside. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Then, rinse noodles in cold water to stop the cooking, drain and set aside. In the same pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the ramen spice packet and stir to combine. Then, add the pumpkin puree, sugar and white miso and whisk until smooth.
