New reel exposing the medical trials in India is now out on my feed. What are your thoughts on this? This reel focuses solely on section 248 of BNS which can only be used by the victim of a false case after the false case is over and only by the same court that found the case to be false. Other legal remedies available haven’t been discussed here. Sidenote- Cases registered after July 2024 will be dealt with under the BNS, as the IPC is no longer in effect in India. Since this case was filed in 2021, the IPC applies here. Please don’t confuse IPC Section 211 with BNS Section 248.
