Prima volta in -47, con 5 kg persi in 3 mesi e una preparazione davvero tosta, soprattutto a livello mentale. Nonostante la panca mi abbia lasciata fuori gara e sia stata un duro colpo, sono fiera delle altre alzate: 9/9 di squat e 9/9 di stacco per la prima volta e un PR di stacco con 5 kg di bw in meno.
Non è il finale che sognavo, ma porto a casa esperienza, consapevolezza e la certezza di voler tornare più forte e centrata.
Grazie di cuore a chiunque mi sia stato vicino in questa preparazione tostissima, ci vediamo tra i più grandi💜

📜 Yesterday we hosted a 5km walk and talk about the Mesolithic flint scatters, ancient marine forests, Constantine Island, Tom Parson’s Hut and St Constantine’s Chapel and Holy Well to look at and understand more about Bronze Age burials and cairns around Constantine Bay!
〓〓 The guided walk was hosted by Linus from the Cornwall Archaeological Unit.
💙 This is a collaboration with Beach Guardian and Cornwall National Landscape and their Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL) initiative through @cornwallcouncil.

RAPiccolo Grande record personale di Squat in Finlandia 🇫🇮
Piccolo per i 5 kg, Grande perché a 7 settimane dall'Europeo ho avuto un forte infortunio alla schiena che mi ha impedito di fare squat e stacco per 4 settimane. Senza nemmeno poter poggiare il bilanciere sopra le spalle o provare a staccarlo da terra.
Costringendomi a dover provare il Corpetto da Squat 1 sola volta con 190 kg, 3 settimane prima della gara. Senza contare la pubalgia che non ancora mi dà del tutto tregua (stavolta a destra)
Dietro ogni alzata/gara/prestazione di ogni singolo Atleta ci sta un mondo dietro che non tutti possono sapere o immaginare.
Questa esperienza internazionale è stata incredibile per me, ed ora ho solo un forte desiderio di farne altre. 🤞🏼🇮🇹
