Test yourself. Not to judge… But to understand. Notice what works. Notice what doesn’t. And take a moment to see why. Is it mobility? Coordination? Balance? Control? Nothing is a failure here. It’s just feedback. So don’t get frustrated. We’re all at different stages. For some, it feels easy. For others, it feels impossible. Both are part of the process. An exercise is just a tool. What matters is how you use it to build something over time. That’s where real progress begins. 👉 Comment “start” and I’ll send you my free method

3 DRILLS for a dynamic running form and a better coordination. To optimize the impact of drills, add 3-4 100m submaximal strides (not all out, 85-90%) 🔥 But why are these “coordination drills “ important for runners? Coordination refers to the interaction of certain muscle groups for the optimal use of available forces aimed to maximise performance. What does that mean for us runners? Good coordination can help you to channel the trained muscle power correctly and achieve higher speed with the smaller energy loss. With better coordination your running style becomes more economic and efficient. Therefore, improved coordination also plays an important role in injury prevention. So get ready and give these drills a try! And don’t get frustrated if you don’t get it right at the first try. 🧠 They are a great neuromuscular training, improving your mind-muscle connection So save this reel and incorporate the above exercises into your next run! 💪🏼 #running #runningtips #runningdrills #runningcoach #runninggirl #runningmotivation #marathontraining #runfast

Follow these tips to increase your power!! The first rule of bounding is toes up!! If you are hitting the ground on your toes (plantar flexed) like a ballerina or gymnast you are gonna be hurting AND not jump very far. Dorsiflexion (toes up) pretenses the ankle joint for more stiffness and allows the hip joint to contribute more to the contact earlier. On your toes your foot shin and calf take most of the initial ground force and they are meant to to that job alone. The higher you can get your thighs (while maintaining good posture) the more velocity you can generate on your foot when swinging down and back. The ~90 degrees at the hip AND knee is important because if you are too wide or obtuse (splits or scissoring action) the more you are gonna lose posture and you lose velocity on the leg swing. You gotta then open up and pull back!! Most people just put their foot down. If you want to maintain horizontal velocity you need to pull that foot back aggressively. Yes, this requires a lot of strength but who wants to be a weak jumper?!? #bound #jump #triplejump #plyometrics #plyometricstraining #athletics #trackandfield #longjump
