Ingredients: 1 tin of sardines - this time can in extra virgin olive oil A small handful of chopped dill 1/2 tbsp Greek yogurt or plain yogurt of your choice 1 tsp Dijon mustard 2 boiled eggs Salt & pepper to taste Serve with: 2 GF bread slices Broccoli sprouts Just mash the sardines with a fork and mix with all the other ingredients.

Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper to form a guac. 2. Spread onto your toasted sourdough. 3. Add a dollop of hummus, then layer over the sardines. 4. Finely chop coriander and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spoon this over the top. 5. Finish with pickled onions and an extra squeeze of lemon.
