Whenever I post flexi rods I get similar questions asked about upkeep. Here are a few tips to keep your style lasting longer: 1. Use a bonnet at night. 2. If the curls begin to gather back together overtime, pull them apart. The more you pull them apart the bigger it’ll get. 3. For more volume, take a comb at the roots and slightly pull up without pulling through the full length of the curl. Lifestyle, density, texture, etc will provide different end results and different longevity of the hairstyle. For most with lower density this style can last upward of 1.5 weeks. For some with higher density it will last a full 3 weeks. Having a recent trim is super important for this and any other natural style. Split ends will make or break the style.
