I study movement like this obsessively. Not for the technique (though it’s flawless), but for what it reveals about internal state. You can see it in the commitment through the bottom turn, the way her whole system organizes around one clear intention.
This is what we’re after in every sport—that place where thinking stops and knowing begins. Where you’re not performing the movement, you ARE the movement.
The ocean is the ultimate teacher of this.
It doesn’t care about your plans.
Only your presence.
