Here’s a snippet of some of the key strength movements, you will experience in the new FFYB 4.0 Challenge. I have been doing strength training for the last year with Charlie and seen such a difference in my strength. Highly recommend adding it to your workout routine! If you want to get a headstart before the challenge starts, try the below routine.  1. Goblet Squat Equipment - Kettle bell 3 x sets of 10 2. Bird Dog Row  Equipment: Dumbells (or kettlebell) & bench 3 x sets of 10 (each side) 3. Swiss Ball Alternate Dumbbell Press Equipment: Swiss Ball & a set of Dumbells 3 x sets of 10 (each arm) Add this to your weekly workout to increase lower body strength and prepare for what is to come.  Kee xo #fluidform #strength #strengthtraining

Even the slightest correction can help them flow through a movement with ease. Just be sure to have your client’s permission before using hands-on corrections! Hands-on correction can feel intimidating for new instructors, but it is a powerful way to transform how a movement feels for your client.
