Your body is an energy system. When energy flows freely, every system optimises. Circulation improves. Inflammation reduces. Nervous system regulates. Fascia hydrates. Joints lubricate. Pain quiets.
When energy gets stuck, everything downstream suffers. Stiffness. Fatigue. Pain that has no clear injury behind it. The feeling of being locked inside a body that won't cooperate.
Most approaches try to fix the symptoms. Stretch the stiffness. Strengthen the weakness. Medicate the pain.
Nobody addresses the flow.

Take the intensity out. Add fluidity. Let your body move without a destination. Without a goal. Without trying to look like anything or achieve anything.
