It is a complete process system built on one compact frame, ready for transport and commissioning directly at your facility. Thanks to the short connection time, we can start quickly and verify the DAF unit’s performance under real operating conditions. ⚙️ 👉 Why run an ESMIL DAF pilot test? Before making an implementation decision, it is worth verifying the solution under real site conditions. Pilot tests allow you to: ☑️ reduce investment risk by confirming the unit’s performance on your specific wastewater stream, ☑️ adjust operating parameters to wastewater composition and process requirements, ☑️ collect reliable design data that supports proper system selection and operating cost optimisation. 📊 During the tests, we can determine, among others: ▪️ optimal operating pH, ▪️ coagulant type and dosage, ▪️ flocculant selection and dosing, ▪️ actual operating capacity of the system.
