VIA Bungalow for Two Brothers.
Client’s Requirement was to plan 3bhk at Ground & First Floor for both the brothers overlooking the Garden view at front side. Staircase tower commonly accessible from outside played a major role in our Elevation Design. This inverted L-shape staircase tower gives a Grand look to Bungalow Facade complimenting the huge balcony. A Double-Height Entrance lobby is provided. First floor Mandir area is visible from this lobby. Client was so supportive & open-minded throughout the process accepting our design ideas. As a result, Executed Bungalow Facade is exactly the same we designed.
