🔎 Here’s why a 3 day a week full body workout routine is best for most people! - - 1️⃣ A full body workout forces you to choose one exercise for each body part and so you’re able to perform those exercises fresh and not limited by fatigue from previous exercises for that body part, like you would do in a bro split. This allows you to perform high quality reps where you can really focus on the technique and approach sufficient intensity. - - 2️⃣ Because you’re doing a variation of a similar exercise 3x per week, you are getting a lot of practice of that exercise so you’ll improve your technique as we know the best way to get better at something is to practice it more frequently.
