Y’all know I don’t gatekeep 😌 Steal my go-to leg day recently 🍗 • Back squats 4x6-8 • Deadlifts 4x8 • Hip Thrusts 4x10 • Slider lunge to B stance RDL 3x6 each leg • Seated abduction forward hinge/leaning back 3x15 each I’ve been loving these because the compound lifts week to week are getting stronger and the accessory work is the kind of fine tuning my glutes are lookin for 🍑 Working out, getting stronger, & loving your body doesn’t have to be complicated. As a mom and business owner my time is limited & last thing I want to do is think about what random exercises I should do today. I write my program with intention, I show up, push myself, and follow through 👏🏼 You can do the same!
