Ingredients
1/4 cup garlic confit (soft cloves, no oil)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt + black pepper
1โ2 tbsp chopped parsley
Assemble
1 loaf sourdough bread
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
1-1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
Make the garlic butter โ Mix garlic confit with softened butter, chili flakes, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and parsley until fully combined.
Prep the bread โ Slice sourdough in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter all over both halves. Top with Parmesan first, then finish with mozzarella.
Bake โ Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and bake for 10โ12 minutes until the cheese is melted, then broil for 1โ2 minutes for golden spots. Watch closely.

โข Fresh parsley (chopped)
โฑ Steps:
1๏ธโฃ In a bowl, dilute the yeast and sugar in warm milk. Add melted butter, then mix in flour and salt.
2๏ธโฃ Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 1.5 to 2 hours.
3๏ธโฃ Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Place a cube of cheese in each and form a ball.
4๏ธโฃ Place them side by side in a round tray and let them rise for 30 minutes.
