MAThis is Gem Dining, Michelin Guide Restaurant In Orange County California, South of Disneyland.
Everything I tried is well made and excellent.
The risotto is the best risotto I have ever had. The pasta is the most flavorful. The sticky Pudding is incredible. The use cake is a fun surprise!
They have famous dishes from Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam fusioned with Italian , French and American influences. The dishes are so creative, the flavors are unique and exotic. The efficiency of the staff is impressive. My waiter was so knowledgeable about the food. The atmosphere is clean, simple and modern.
The location is not far from Disenyland.

This is a michelin guide restaurant for its atmosphere, unique creative cooking and fine dining. This is perfect for date night, family gathering. They are temporarily closing the restaurant for refurbishment. The restaurant will return soon. I am so glad to try it today. 😋😋😋😋😋
