今回は、最近ChatGPTよりも勢いのあるClaudeとGemini。
でもまさか、初期設定なしでそのまま使ってないですよね？
「デフォルト設定」のまま使うのは、勿体ないし、リスクも高いです。
スマートに使うなら
「最低限やっておかないとマズい」 3つの設定を動画でまとめました。
① AI学習設定の回避（情報漏洩対策）
Claude：「設定」→「プライバシー」→「Claudeの改善にご協力ください」をオフ
Gemini：「設定」→「Geminiアプリ アクティビティ」をオフ
② 一時的チャットの活用（形跡を残さない）
Claude：チャット画面右上の「シークレットを使用」を押す
Gemini：チャット画面右上の「一時チャット」を押す
③ 自分専用のカスタマイズ（業務効率化）
Claude：「設定」→「プロファイル」→「考慮すべき個人設定」にAI に覚えてもらいたい情報を入れて保存
Gemini：「設定」→「パーソナライズ設定」→「Geminiへのカスタム 指示」にAIに覚えてもらいたい情報を入れて保存
特に「学習オフ」を忘れていると、 漏らしたくなかったデータがAIの学習に使われてしまうかも…
