ARThis is a classic example of gestalt language processing (GLP).
Children with gestalt learning don’t learn language word by word the way analytic processors do. Instead, they pick up chunks or scripts — often from movies, songs, books, or conversations — and repeat those whole phrases or scenes verbatim. These are called echolalic scripts or gestalts.
For example:
If a child watches a scene where a character says, “Let’s go on an adventure!” they might say that every time they want to go outside — even though they’re not directly referencing the movie anymore.
In this case Dylan is reciting a scene from trash trucks episode “Mint choco Boom”
