Pieczona dynia z burakiem, gruszką i gorgonzolą. 🇬🇧⬇️ 🥗 Składniki: ✔️ kilka kawałków dyni hokkaido ✔️ gotowany burak ✔️ gruszka ✔️ 150 g sera gorgonzola ✔️ świeży rozmaryn ✔️ szczypta soli ✔️ oliwa z oliwek ✔️ garść orzechów włoskich ✔️ odrobina miodu Przygotowanie krok po kroku: 1️⃣ Warzywa pokrój i ułóż w naczyniu żaroodpornym. 2️⃣ Dopraw solą, świeżym rozmarynem i skrop oliwą. 3️⃣ Piecz w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200°C przez ok. 25 minut. 4️⃣ Po wyjęciu dodaj kawałki gorgonzoli i orzechy włoskie. 5️⃣ Wstaw ponownie na 10–15 minut (200°C, termoobieg), aż ser się rozpuści. 6️⃣ Na koniec całość delikatnie skrop miodem. WARM ROASTED CABBAGE SALAD! There is nothing that I like more than roasted cabbage! SO GOOD😍 The avocado za’atar dressing is definitely a game changer in this salad, plus it’s VEGAN! It will be perfect for your holiday table!✨✨ Follow @ruhamasfood for more🤍 RECIPE BELOW . סלט כרוב חם מעדן! מתכון בתגובות . Recipe: Ingredients- 1 green cabbage, cut to thin slices 1 sweet onion, cut to thin slices 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper 5 tablespoons of olive oil Avocado dressing ingredients- 2 garlic cloves 1/4 jalapeño without the seeds Handful of cilantro 1 avocado Juice from 1 lemon 1 teaspoon of za’atar 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper 4 tablespoons of olive oil 1/4 cup of water Put all the ingredients in a small food processor and process to a smooth dressing. Garnish- chopped cilantro and a touch of sumac Method- 1. Preheat the oven to 420F / 220C. 2. On a baking pan with parchment paper put the sliced cabbage and onion. 3. Add the seasoning and mix it well. Massage it with your hands. 4. Spread it evenly on the baking sheet. 5. Bake it in the oven on 420F for 25 minutes. 6. Transfer to convection broil on 450F for 7-8 minutes until the cabbage is golden and crisp. 7. Put the roasted cabbage in a nice bowl. 8. BURNT LEEKS & CANNELLINI BEANS ✨ recipe ⬇️ The most amazing lunch, dinner, or starter - basically a whenever you want it kinda meal. I’m obsessed! ENJOY & remember to SAVE ❤️ INGREDIENTS (serves 4): ⭐️ 4 large leeks ⭐️ olive oil ⭐️ 2 tbsp plain flour ⭐️ 4 large garlic cloves, minced ⭐️ 300ml oat milk ⭐️ 100ml white wine ⭐️ 1 sprig rosemary ⭐️ 3 tbsp nutritional yeast ⭐️ 2 x 400g cans cannellini beans, drained & rinsed ⭐️ sea salt & freshly ground black pepper ⭐️ to serve: crusty bread METHOD: 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 200°c (fan assisted)/42°f/gas 7. 2️⃣ Trim the top from the leeks at the point they start to flare (don’t throw these away, you can use them in lots of other recipes!). Place on a baking tray and roast for 35-40 minutes, or until fully charred on the outside. 3️⃣ Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in an oven-proof pan over a medium heat. Once hot, add the flour and garlic and whisk vigorously to form a paste. Continue whisking for a minute or so, to cook off the flour. 4️⃣ Next, add the oat milk a little at a time, whisking continuously, until smooth. Add the white wine and rosemary sprig, then bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and cook, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes, or until thickened and glossy. Remove the rosemary from the sauce, then stir in the nutritional yeast. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 5️⃣ Chop each burnt leek in half lengthways and use a spoon to scoop out the soft flesh in the middle. Roughly chop the leek flesh before adding it to the sauce along with the cannellini beans. Stir well to combine, then tansfer the whole pan into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden on top.
