I recently went to Florida and this was one of my most memorable spots I stopped at. @gideonsbakehouse is one of the most popular shops at Disney Springs and I can see why. They have a consistent line up and can get quite long during peek hours
🍪The shop is very unique and has quite the vibe, very reminiscent of Tim Burton. It's eerie, dark and has antiques and paintings all over the wall.
🍪Each of their cookies are decadent and almost half a pound each. They are quite hefty and packed full of chocolate, perfect if you have a sweet tooth
🍪I really like their branding, boxes and wrappers for the cookies. They even have collectible cards

MAThis line gets so long that they often have a virtual one - you sign up for your spot in line and they’ll tell you when you can come back! I once had a 2 hour wait 😳
Gideon’s Bakehouse is located in Disney Springs (The Landing area, across from Raglan Road). They are famous for their delicious homemade cookies that are HUGE. Bigger than my hand!
They also have slices of cakes and cold brew coffee - the peanut butter cold brew is my all time favorite!

While the history of Gideon’s Bakehouse is all fiction, I was still captivated by the idea of a creepy library/bakery 🤭. This was my first time going to Gideon’s in Disney Springs and I swear I could have stayed there for hours soaking in the vibe of the haunted Victorian-esque bakery and all its bookish decor 👻🍪📚.
