This lentil bread is soft, hearty and packed with plant-based protein, made with simple pantry ingredients and zero flour! 😍 Ingredients: -150g dried red lentils -2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil -2 tablespoons yoghurt -1 teaspoon salt -1 teaspoon paprika -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon mixed herbs -1 teaspoon baking powder -20 g psyllium husk powder Instructions: 1. Add the lentils to a bowl, cover with water and let them soak for 2 hours. Drain and rinse them under cold water. 2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). 3. In a blender or food processor add the soaked lentils, olive oil, yoghurt, salt, paprika, garlic and mixed herbs. Blend until a thick batter forms. 4. Transfer the batter to a large bowl and add baking powder and psyllium husk. Mix all together. 5. Form 1 large bun with wet hands and arrange it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy! #glutenfree #homemade #bread #healthybaking #protein

It’s no surprise that banana and chocolate are a match made in heaven but this way of making it is now my favourite! . All you need is 1 cup mashed banana 2 cup chopped dark chocolate . I’m not saying it’s completely healthy or macro friendly but it’s so easy and still guilt free depending on which type of chocolate you choose :) . (Vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, healthy, Parth bajaj, chocolaty, desserts, dessert, no bake, no sugar, no egg, eggless)

Healthier Gluten Free Brownies with Zero Butter/Oil , Zero Refined Sugar and tastes so fudgy and yum 😋🍫 You can make a batch of this and store them in an airtight container for upto 1 week 🫶🏻😍 Recipe - 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds (roasted) 1 cup milk Blend this to a fine puree and transfer this to a large bowl along with - 1/2 cup date syrup (adjust 1 or 2 tbsp more according to your liking) 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp ragi flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder Top it up with some walnuts and your favourite chocolate chips and bake at 180 C for 35 mins or until done . GLUTEN FREE RICE BREAD 🍞🍚 INGREDIENTS ▪️ 350 g raw rice soaked at least 4 hours (12 oz) ▪️ 210 ml warm water (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) ▪️ 30 ml extra virgin olive oil (2 tbsp) ▪️ 20 ml honey (1 tbsp) ▪️ 1 tsp salt ▪️ 20 g fresh yeast (0.7 oz) ▪️ Seeds for topping ⏱ Rest 1 hour + Bake 40 minutes | 🌡 355°F 1️⃣ Drain the soaked rice very well. 2️⃣ Add the rice, warm water, olive oil, honey and salt to a blender. 3️⃣ Blend for several minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and liquid. 4️⃣ Add the crumbled fresh yeast and blend again briefly to combine. 5️⃣ Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. 6️⃣ Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place. 7️⃣ Sprinkle seeds on top. 8️⃣ Bake at 355°F for 40 minutes. 9️⃣ Let cool completely before removing from the pan and slicing. #glutenfreebread #homemadebread #easyrecipes #glutenfree #bakingathome healthybread

And it’s PERFECT for Pancake Day 🥞 Recipe Below 👇 🥞 Per bowl (multiply by the servings you plan to make): -1 egg -50 g yogurt unflavoured (or vanilla) -70 ml milk I use almond but any milk will work -35 g flour all purpose (see pinned comments for gluten free options) -25 g protein powder (I used vanilla organic protein powder from @theorganicproteinco It’s my absolute favourite protein and it goes so well with this recipe. Use code MANU10 for a discount on their website 😉) - drizzle of honey (~1 tsp) (there is very little sugar in this recipe for calorie reasons but you can add as much sweetner as you want, depending on how sweet you like things) - 1/2 tsp baking powder Top with fruits of your choice!! Bake for 25-30 mins at 180c/350f You can top your baked pancake bowl with more honey/maple syrup if you wish to (optional) Per bowl (1 serve): These were my macros but it will depend on which protein powder you use, which yogurt you use, milk, amount of sweetner etc.. Calories: 338 Calories Carbohydrate: 32g Protein: 31g Fat: 8.5g This is a perfect, healthy meal prepped breakfast! You can bake all the pancake bowls at once and reheat it for breakfast through the week!
