I was asked this question in a Google Cloud interview. Most people default to GPU, but the answer depends on what you are building and how big it is. 1️⃣ Need to train a model with PyTorch or need high precision calculations (More decimal places, accurate)? → Go with GPU. GPUs are general-purpose chips that work with all machine learning frameworks. They handle small to medium-sized models really well. 2️⃣ Training a massive TensorFlow model that takes days to train? →Go with TPU. TPUs are custom chips built specifically for TensorFlow operations. They trade some precision for incredible speed, and they are way more cost-effective when you are running huge training jobs. In Google Cloud, this is Cloud TPU. 3️⃣ Still unsure? → Use GPU if you need flexibility or high precision. Use TPU only if you are using TensorFlow and training something really large. TPUs are not good for general math or non-TensorFlow work. —-———— 👋Hi I’m Abhishek and I’m an AI Engineer at a Google Startup in Toronto. The brutal truth: Companies need engineers who know how to pick the right hardware to scale. 🚀 To learn how I turned my ML skills into a Google Cloud ML Certification and got 5 AI job offers, comment “GPU” and I’ll send it to your DM. —-———— Keywords: #ai #feed #explore #reels #explorepage✨

Google is officially retiring the old TFLite era and replacing it with LiteRT, a unified runtime designed specifically for the Generative AI age. While the video covers the speed, the real breakthrough for developers is the architectural shift. LiteRT introduces the CompiledModel API which replaces the old Interpreter class. This is not just a name change—it is a modern backend powered by the ML Drift GPU engine. It allows for asynchronous execution and zero-copy buffer interoperability, which is technical speak for stopping your CPU and GPU from fighting over memory. For those building across platforms, LiteRT now provides a consistent path for OpenCL, OpenGL, Metal, and WebGPU. This means you can ship high-performance vision or language models to Android, iOS, Windows, and even the Web without maintaining three different codebases. One of the most useful features for engineers is the first-class support for PyTorch and JAX via the LiteRT Torch library. You can now convert transformer-based models directly to .tflite format in a single step, skipping the brittle and complex conversion chains of the past. If you are a developer looking to move away from cloud-dependent AI, this is the framework that finally makes on-device GenAI production-ready.

Google just dropped free AI tools nobody’s talking about! 🚀 While everyone’s arguing about Lovable and Cursor, Google quietly released a stack of powerful AI development tools that are completely free. These no-code and low-code platforms are game-changers for building apps, automating workflows, and creating functional software without traditional coding knowledge. Google’s free AI tools you need to know:
✅ Antigravity: AI code editor that builds real apps from descriptions
✅ Google AI Studio: Spin up lightweight AI applications fast
✅ Jules: Connects to GitHub, writes features, runs tests, fixes bugs automatically
✅ Opal: No-code automation meets AI app building with Google’s models
✅ Stitch: Transforms prompts and wireframes into clean UI and front-end code These are just five of the twelve tools Google has released. While the tech community debates which coding assistant is best, Google is quietly building an entire ecosystem of free AI development tools that democratize software creation. The accessibility is remarkable. Antigravity lets non-developers describe applications and watch them materialize. Jules operates like an actual software engineer, handling feature development and bug fixes through GitHub integration. Stitch bridges the gap between design ideas and functional code. This shift means entrepreneurs and creators can build functional applications without expensive developer teams or years of coding education. 🔗 Want the full list of all 12 tools?

Google launched 12 new AI tools, and what’s surprising isn’t just what they do — it’s the fact that most of them are completely free. These tools aren’t limited to one area. Together, they cover almost the entire building workflow — design, coding, automation, rapid prototyping, and even AI agents. It’s a clear signal that Google is moving beyond AI experiments and pushing toward tools that help people actually build. One of the standout tools is Anti-Gravity, Google’s AI code editor. You describe an app idea in simple text, and it helps generate real, working applications. No long setup, no heavy boilerplate — just faster building. Then there’s AI Studio, which is perfect for quickly prototyping ideas. You can spin up small AI-powered apps and demos in minutes, making it easier to test concepts before committing to full development. For design, Google introduced Stitch. It turns prompts and wireframes into complete UI designs and even generates front-end code. This significantly reduces the gap between design and development. Google also launched Opal, a workflow automation tool built specifically around Google’s AI ecosystem. It’s designed to help connect tools, automate processes, and streamline how work gets done. And finally, Jules — an AI coding agent that connects directly to GitHub. It can help manage your codebase, build features, and run tests, acting more like a teammate than a chatbot. What’s important to note is that these are just five out of the twelve tools Google released. Together, they paint a clear picture of where Google is heading: AI tools that don’t just generate ideas, but help you execute them. If you’re interested in practical AI tools that go beyond chat and actually help you build, this release is worth paying attention to. 💬 Comment “tools” if you want the full list. — @miniefied #AITools #GoogleAI #FutureOfWork #TechExplained #AIDevelopment
