SH🚨 @google just dropped something huge, Workspace Flows.
They’re AI agents powered by @googlegemini that can automate cross-workplace tasks for you. 🤖✨
You can pick from templates, prompt what you want to automate, or build your own custom Flow from scratch. And some of the pre-built ones are seriously impressive.
One of my favorites?
The Auto-Create Tasks Flow, it automatically turns action items from your emails into Google Tasks.
Here’s how it works:
1. Starter: “Whenever you get an email…”, you can filter by sender or keyword.
2. Decide: Gemini checks if the email actually contains an action item based on your prompt.
3. It scans the subject and body, makes a judgment call, and if it finds one…
4. It extracts the action item and adds it directly to your Tasks.
Pretty cool, right?
Just remember, AI is powerful, but it shouldn’t replace judgment.
