TH@grailed - we need to talk about how hard your recent policies make doing business on your platform. Something has to change, or you will continue to lose both buyers and sellers.
To be clear - I am a long time user and fan of Grailed. I think it’s been the go to secondary market platform for designer menswear for good reason and I want to see it thrive.
It’s exactly because of this I feel the need to be critical of the areas where Grailed has gone massively downhill. If they fail to modify some of these disastrous policies I believe it will hurt Grailed’s business and reputation even further - to the point I’m not sure they’d ever recover.

They need to understand that a lot of people are frustrated and they need to understand the long term implications of kneecapping their most loyal customers. Also worth mentioning this video only allows time for the “what”, of what’s going wrong and not the “why”. If you’re interested in why I think these changes occurred - I’m happy to expand in a subsequent video.
