“Let me know if you need anything…” I hear it, I appreciate it—but truthfully? I don’t even know what I need. Grief can leave you feeling like you’re driving through fog—alone with your thoughts, unsure of the road ahead. It’s in those quiet moments—in the car, in the stillness—that the ache gets loud. If you’ve ever felt this way, you’re not the only one. You’re not failing. You’re just grieving. 🖤 This space is for you—your honesty, your heaviness, your healing. 🗣 Drop a 💬 if you’ve ever sat in your car and thought, I don’t know what I need, but I need something… Let’s hold space for that. #griefsupport #grievingoutloud #griefjourney #griefandloss #mentalhealthawareness #itsokaynottobeokay #griefquotes #griefcommunity #selfcompassion #griefhealing #grieftalk #shapedbygrief #griefreel #healingoutloud #youarenotalone

I have finally joined TikTok. I recently decided I wanted a space to grieve out loud 🤍 so created this page — Grieving Out Loud — in honour of my little girl, Ophelia. Grief can feel so isolating, and I wanted to build a space where we can talk openly, where grieving is normalised, and where it’s okay to feel whatever we feel. It’s okay to share our stories. It’s okay to not be okay. My hope is that these videos bring you even a small amount of comfort, and help us connect as a community of people who truly understand this kind of loss. I’m going to be trying different grieving and healing techniques — hypnotherapy, counselling, somatic work, reiki, breathwork, sound healing… honestly, anything I can get my hands on. I’ll be real, raw, and honest throughout this journey. Thank you for being here. Let’s walk this grief together #grievingoutloud #childlossawareness #griefjourney

Grief doesn’t always look like tears. Sometimes, it looks like survival mode. You wake up… and it feels like you’re just trying to make it through the day. You forget how you even got here. Grief is survival mode. It’s brushing your teeth on autopilot. Forgetting if you ate. Caring about nothing and everything at the same time. You think, “I should be crying right now.” But you’re too numb. Too tired. Too deep in survival mode to even feel anything. Some days, grief is loud— Sobbing on the floor, replaying every memory. Other days, it’s silent A blank stare, scrolling your phone, disappearing from yourself. They don’t tell you this: Grief rewires you. You start to measure time by before and after. You’re not “moving on.” You’re surviving. Minute by minute. Hour by hour. If you’re in survival mode right now, this is your reminder: It’s okay to just exist today. That is grief work too. You’re not lost. You need the gentle guidance because no one ever teaches us how to live with pain and loss. But I have something for you.. A way to build life around grief with love and compassion. Never moving on, but moving forward with your loved ones spirit. 💙Comment the word ‘HEAL’ To begin your soft journey of healing. #griefjourney #lifeafterloss #griefsupport #griefcommunity #griefquotes #grievingoutloud

What no grieving mom (including me) wants to say out loud… 💔 😶 I still feel jealous sometimes. Watching friends’ children reach milestones my child never will is a pain that doesn’t disappear—it just changes. 😶 Some days, I can’t face the world. Smiling, small talk, pretending I’m okay—it can feel impossible. 😶 I’ve lost parts of myself too. Along with my child, I grieve the future I thought I would have. 😶 I’m stronger than I ever wanted to be. This kind of loss forces you to keep going, even when you’re exhausted. 😶 I avoid certain places. Grocery store aisles, birthday parties, even social media can feel like emotional landmines. 😶 I worry people are tired of my grief. Sometimes I stay quiet so I don’t feel like a burden. 🌿 If any of this resonates, please know this: you are not alone. ✨ I’ve gathered a list of grief resources—books, podcasts, communities, and tools—that have helped me and countless other grieving mothers feel less alone and more supported. 👉 Comment “resources” and I’ll send it straight to you. #GrievingMother #ChildLossSupport #YouAreNotAlone

Losing someone close to you teaches you something fast. A lot of people love you as long as nothing hard is happening. But grief changes everything. It makes people uncomfortable. It brings emotions to the surface. It forces people to sit with pain they don’t know how to handle. And that’s when you start to see it. Some people lean in. Some people slowly disappear. Grief doesn’t just show you how much you loved the person you lost. It shows you who in your life can actually handle hard things. And who only knew how to love you when life was easy. If this hits a little too close to home, you’re not the only one. #grief #griefjourney #grieftruth #griefandloss #grievingoutloud

Real talk from a mother who had to take her child’s breathing tube away There’s a version of me no one met again after that day. Because when you’ve had to make the decision to remove your child’s breathing tube- to hold their body while their spirit leaves- you’re never the same. I had to say goodbye to Indie before I ever got to say welcome properly. She was only one month old. And while the world kept moving, I was frozen in that moment- trying to keep breathing in a life that didn’t make sense anymore. I didn’t just lose her. I lost the version of myself who could pretend life was predictable, fair, or safe. But what I want other mothers to know is this: Grief like that doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you loved deeply. It means your nervous system is trying to do the impossible-hold the unbearable. You don’t need to be strong. You need to be real. You need to be allowed to break. To scream. To not want to get out of bed. To be angry at the world and still show up for your other child. To grieve out loud, not behind a smile. If you’re carrying this kind of grief—I see you. You’re still a mother. And you don’t have to collapse quietly. You’re not alone. #StillAMother #ChildLoss #GrievingOutLoud #MajillaMentor #InfantLossAwareness #TraumaHealing #EmotionalSurvival #ParentingThroughGrief #SelfLeadershipAfterLoss #ThatChickHealing
