After well blend mix in the eggs one by one. Add the lemon juice, salt, vanilla extract, flour and mix well. Then add the cream and fold in. Don’t Mix with blender. With spoon or spatula. Pour the well blend mixture into a 9 by 4 cake pan after placing the parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 450F. Bake until the top is burnt. Cool in room temperature for 2 hours. These high protein cinnamon rolls have 12 grams of protein per roll, which is enough to stop the blood sugar crash most pastries hit you with an hour later. Greek yogurt. That is it. Here’s my “basic” recipe for two loaves: 720 grams water 170 grams sourdough starter 20 grams salt 1000 grams unbleached white flour Mix everything together. Cover and stretch + fold every 30 minutes (4 rounds). I usually do this before bed and let the dough proof overnight. In the morning, refrigerate for 6 hours. Heat your Dutch oven (lid on) for one hour at 450°F. Divide the dough and shape. Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on. Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing. Torture, but absolutely worth it. Side note: my Mom left her bread knife at church 😂 Who’s adding this to their weekend bake list? #sourdough #sweetsourdough #mybizzykitchen

This was my first time ever trying to make focaccia and it was incredible. I brought it to a cookout at my dad‘s house and it had both adults and children going for seconds! Sourdough focaccia recipe: Ingredients 200 grams active sourdough starter 20 grams salt 860 grams warm water 1040 grams all purpose flour In a large bowl, mix together the sourdough starter, warm water, and flour until a shaggy dough forms. Add the salt and mix until fully incorporated. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Perform two sets of stretch and folds, spacing them 30 minutes apart. Then perform two sets of coil folds, also spaced 30 minutes apart. After the final fold, cover the dough and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, generously grease a sheet pan with oil. Dump the dough onto the pan and drizzle more oil over the top. Gently fold the dough over onto itself, then flip it so the smooth side is facing up. Begin gently stretching the dough toward the edges of the pan. Cover and let it rest at room temperature until it has doubled in size and looks airy and bubbly. Once ready, drizzle more oil over the surface. To dimple the dough, use your fingertips to press straight down into the dough, creating deep indentations all over while being careful not to deflate it completely. Bake at 425°F for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 190°F. Let cool slightly before slicing. #Sundaybaking #bakewithme #sourdough
