YOGuilty conscience is a bad feeling caused by knowing or thinking that you have done something bad or wrong. It also causes you to feel overwhelmed and overthink. Excessive guilt can cause anxiety and depression along with constant feelings of dissatisfaction.
My question to you is, WHY suffer from things you can control? I don’t care how hard it may be, admit you got it wrong, apologize, and strive to do better. God did not put us on this earth to endure, but ENJOY life. I heard @mrjamesfortune recently say, “it’s not the enemy. It’s the inner me.” That stuck with me…
I pray that seeing this reminds you that humans are flawed, but we have a God who knows this and still wants us. He’s not holding on to what you did, so you shouldn’t either. Make the call, setup the meeting, be accountable, be vulnerable, forgive yourself, forgive them.. NOW is the time to move FORWARD and operate with the POWER, LOVE, and SOUND MIND God has already given to you!

ITIt’s that guilty conscience, and they even justify their actions and when you don’t accept their justification, they’ll blame someone else. People know what they’re doing. Believe them. They meant to betray you. It wasn’t a mistake it was a choice. It’s no one else’s fault but their own. No one made them betray you. They made that decision and did it, knowing it would hurt you, affect you, and they did it anyways. No excuses, be done with them. A person who will betray you once will betray you a thousand times. Believe me lol. I made the excuses for someone who couldn’t stop betraying me because I loved them and they held a title, I saw their circumstances and I felt bad for them. No more excuses. No more access. They never felt bad for me, grooming the people around us, telling people bad things about me, the things I confided in them, they told people lies and made up stories. Idk why they did this, but the only conclusion I could make is how deeply insecure they were of themselves. They didn’t like the attention or love I received from others, they wanted it all for themselves. And that’s weird. People like this are strategic. They begin planting things into people’s heads about their target early. Bad things, lies, made up stories, anything that they know you’ll disapprove of. It’s called grooming. Their patterns show, they can’t keep a best friend, they constantly have new people/ new supply. No one lasts long in their lives. Most likely because they have a snake like personality that’s ready to bite you the minute you catch on to their weird, jealous, dysfunctional behavior. The mask slips and instead of addressing their deep rooted insecurities they’ll betray you l, hurt you, make it your fault and they get to keep going as the “victim.” Don’t participate in this type of weird 💩. Just walk away. Who cares what they say about you, this person isn’t an example of anything that’s great. They’re just a loser. No time for weird loser 💩it’s not your problem to carry.
