NOHaving a stable income in the early stages of building the business is crucial for not only your sanity but the quality and consistency of the renovation projects. If you have no steady income you will make poor and rash decisions that you wouldn’t typically make, whether it’s taking a job you shouldn’t, underpricing etc. Here at Novalé Steve kept tiling up until renovating about 70 rooms a year which was multiple years into the business.
