Located on Eastway the nearest station is Hackney Wick Overground. Prices range from £8.50-£15 depending on the time you visit, meaning you’ll have change left for a snack and a drink at the end! The sauna also takes private bookings. Book online via their website in advance, as sessions regularly sell out. Then just turn up with your swimwear and towel, plus flip flops and a padlock for a free locker…. How lucky is Hackney?! Not only do they have the Sauna Baths at Hackney Wick, but also the @rooftopsaunas which are a short walk from Hackney Central. Up on the top floor of the Netil building, the 4 private cabins hold up to 4 people each. Step inside your cabin, and you have access to a private changing area, benches to relax and cool off between rounds of heat, refreshments and a mini-bar, a warm shower (there's a cold one is coming later, don't worry!) and of course your own PRIVATE sauna with views over London, PLUS essential oil provided for your steam, along with post-sauna skin care. Then, step outside onto the roof and cool down with either the pull-bucket, a cold shower or cold-plunge bath (this was REALLY cold!). And then repeat! We booked in for 1hr, and even saw some bonus fireworks! 🎆🎇 🤗
