SA1.Perform ghusl before going to the Eid prayer, as this is a recommended Sunnah practiced by the companions.
2.Wear your best clothes on Eid; men are also encouraged to apply perfume.
3.Eat an odd number of dates before going out for Eid prayer (for Eid al-Fitr).
4.Attend the Eid prayer, as it is a highly important act of worship.
5.Women are encouraged to attend, even menstruating women, but they should not perform the prayer.
6.Recite the Takbir from the night of Eid until the Imam begins the prayer.
7.Congratulate one another, for example: “Taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum”
8.Take a different route when returning home from the Eid prayer.
9.It is permissible to pray two rak‘ah after returning home.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever revives my Sunnah has loved me, and whoever loves me will be with me in Paradise.”
So don’t let this Eid pass without following his Sunnah…

SAThe Prophet ﷺ warned that the same moral diseases which destroyed earlier nations would slowly enter the Muslim Ummah. These diseases are not physical, but spiritual and moral.
He explained that arrogance makes people look down on others, hatred and envy destroy hearts, and love of wealth pushes people to compete only for dunya instead of akhirah. When people become obsessed with status, money, and rivalry, they turn against one another. This leads to injustice, rebellion, and loss of unity.
The hadith teaches us that the fall of a nation begins from the heart, not from enemies. The cure is humility, sincerity, justice, and contentment.
“The Ummah is not destroyed by enemies, but by diseases of the heart.”
“Arrogance + envy + love of dunya = downfall.”
“The Prophet ﷺ warned us when hearts rot, nations fall.”

When the Prophet ﷺ prayed sitting due to illness,
he instructed the companions to sit and follow him.
He warned them not to copy other nations
who stood in front of their kings while the king sat.

Raḍītu billāhi Rabba, wa bil-Islāmi dīna, wa bi-Muḥammadin (ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa sallama) nabiyya.I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as my Prophet. (Recite three times in Arabic.)Reference:"Allah has promised that anyone who says this three times every morning or evening will be pleased on the Day of Resurrection."
(Ahmad 4/ 337, An-Nasa'i, 'Amalul-Yawm wal-Laylah p. 4, Ibn As-Sunni (no. 68), At-Tirmidhi 5/465. Its chain of transmission is good (Hasan), Ibn Baz, p. 39.)
Virtues and References:
Reward: The person who recites this will be guaranteed pleasure on the Day of Resurrection.
Guarantee of Paradise: Some narrations mention that the Prophet ﷺ is a guarantor to take the one who recites this by the hand and enter them into Paradise.
Timing: It is to be recited three times in the morning and three times in the evening.
Sources: This hadith is found in multiple collections, including Sunan Ibn Majah 3870, Abu Dawud 4753, Ahmad 4/337, and An-Nasa’i.

its fragrance is pleasant and its taste is sweet.
The believer who does not recite the Qur’an

The hypocrite who recites the Qur’an
is like basil —
its fragrance is pleasant, but its taste is bitter.
The hypocrite who does not recite the Qur’an
is like a colocynth —
it has no fragrance and its taste is bitter.”

SAThis hadith shows that human life is under Allah’s complete knowledge and control even before birth. From the earliest stages in the womb, Allah appoints an angel to oversee the creation of the child. When the creation is completed, important matters of the child’s life such as gender, lifespan, provision, and general condition are written by Allah’s command.
The hadith teaches us that nothing about our lives is random. Allah knows our future before we are born. At the same time, this does not remove our responsibility; we are still accountable for our actions and choices. Therefore, a believer should trust Allah’s decree, avoid pride, and strive to live a righteous life.
