To, jak motivovat plazící miminka do lezení, je jedna z nejčastějších otázek tohohle období. Pojďme se podívat na 2 tipy, které můžete vyzkoušet (nejen s plazícími, ale i s lezoucími mimi):
1️⃣ přelézání nohou
⁃ pro nás dospěláky velmi nenáročná aktivita, ke který potřebujeme jen naše nohy
⁃ a něco, co mimi motivuje vpřed
⁃ cílem je, aby mimi nohy přelezlo
⁃ tím, že se musí zapřít o ruce a nohy a zvednout bříško nad zem krásně aktivuje potřebný svaly
⁃ ideálně by mimi mělo být svlečené/v protiskluzu
⁃ pokud zvládá přelézt holeně, můžete zkusit stehna
2️⃣ nestabilní plocha
⁃ budeme potřebovat protiskluz podložku a něco pod ní
⁃ ze začátku je fajn volit méně menších a měkčích předmětů, které půjdou dobře přelézt (srolovaný ručník, mikina, deka)
⁃ postupně můžeme ztěžovat (sfouknutý overball, polštář,…) a předměty přidávat
⁃ moc hezky mimi dostává do všemožnejch pozic a opor, občas musí zabrat víc jednou stranou, občas druhou, občas zvednout bříško
💡Úplně stejně se to dá využít i u lezoucích mimi pro zpestření dne. Opičí dráhy se budou postupem času stávat novou oblíbenou aktivitou.
P.S. Nejedná se o všespásný cvičení, který vždycky povede z plazení do lezení, ale spíš o fajn doplněk 😊
