Part of this is equipping our students to read signs of wellness and dysregulation in themselves and others. We emulate the message of, β€œR U Okay?” by being noticers. Noticers are equipped to observe someone’s body language, countenance, and behavior. Noticers can also be doers by actively caring for someone when they are not okay.
