Come with me for a full day of @marksandspencerfood Eat Well eats. Ad For breakfast, I made breakfast tostadas using the M&S Corn and Wheat Tortillas. I crisped them up, then topped them with jalapeño avocado smash, soft scrambled eggs, a little drizzle of honey and the new M&S hot sauces. For lunch, I made a crispy harissa rice salad with a honey harissa yoghurt dressing. The hack here is using the M&S pre-cooked rice packs and crisping them up in the air fryer, which gives you the best crunchy texture with minimal effort. I added my favourite M&S roasted shredded chicken for an easy protein boost. For dinner, I made my summer version of spaghetti and meatballs using M&S chicken mince, which is a household favourite. I added courgette, lots of herbs and lemon to keep it fresh and light, then served it with a giant couscous salad. #wieiad #whatieatinaday

In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Pour in the eggs and let them settle for a few seconds. Press the bagel halves cut-side down into the eggs so they stick. Let the eggs cook until mostly set, then flip and fold the excess egg edges over the bagel. Cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute until set but still soft. Spread the feta scallion cream cheese onto the bagel, then layer on the prosciutto, avocado, and a drizzle of chili crisp, and enjoy!

Balanced, filling, and perfect for an easy dinner you’ll want on repeat. 🛒 Ingredients Crispy Chicken
• 1 large chicken breast, sliced lengthways
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 medium egg (for egg wash)
• 30 g panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• Olive oil spray Creamy Garlic Dressing
• 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp cream cheese
• 10 ml milk
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt & black pepper, to taste Salad Base
• 1 large romaine lettuce, chopped Air-Fried Potatoes
• 300 g baby potatoes, quartered
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper, to taste 👩‍🍳 Directions
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Set up breading: dip chicken in egg wash, then coat with panko, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Air fry chicken at 185°C (365°F) until golden and cooked through, spraying lightly with oil.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 185°C (365°F) until crispy and tender.
Whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Assemble salad with romaine, sliced crispy chicken, and air-fried potatoes. Drizzle generously with dressing and serve. Garlic Butter Chicken Parm Folded Wrap This was unreal 🤭 Crispy golden parm chicken, a herby tomato sauce, loads of gooey cheese, garlic mayo, all tucked into a golden, crispy garlic butter wrap. Add to your favourites for later 📌 Ingredients (serves 2): 2 x 120g chicken breasts flattened 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp smoked paprika Salt Black pepper 1 small egg whisked 20g panko breadcrumbs 5g finely grated grated parmesan Tomato sauce 150g passata ½ tsp garlic granules ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp granulated sweetener Salt Black pepper To assemble: 2 large tortillas 60g mozzarella grated (can use less for lower cal) 10g finely grated parmesan 10g lighter butter spread melted ½ tsp chopped garlic 1 sprigs of parsley chopped Garlic mayo: 50g lighter mayo ½ tsp chopped garlic 1 tsp lemon juice 💕Season the chicken with the ingredients listed. Dip into the egg, then coat in the panko mixed with the parmesan, pressing it on so it sticks well. 💕Cook in the air fryer at 190°C for 12-14 minutes until crispy and cooked through. Or oven cook for 20-25 mins at 200°C. 💕Add the tomato sauce ingredients to a pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened. 💕Mix together all the garlic mayo ingredients with salt & pepper. 💕Once the chicken is cooked, let it sit for a minute, then slice into strips. 💕Mix the melted butter with the garlic and parsley. 💕Cut a slit from the centre of each tortilla down to the edge. In bottom left add mozzarella, then sliced chicken, tomato sauce & remaining Parmesan and in bottom right garlic mayo. 💕 Fold each section over to create a triangle. 💕Cook the wraps in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden, crisp and the cheese has melted inside. 💕Once toasted, brush over the garlic butter while still hot so it soaks in. 20 Days Of Spring Recipes Ep 4🌷🐰 Herby Feta Loaf Dough: 7g instant yeast 260ml lukewarm milk (310ml if you’re not using egg) 20g sugar 85g melted salted butter 480g bread flour 1 x egg medium Filling: 200g feta crumbled 120g grated mozzarella 150 cream cheese 10g mint chopped Parsley chopped 50g spinach chopped Salt and pepper Egg for brushing Honey for brushing To make the dough Add the ingredients in the order listed above, mix well till combined then knead for 5 to 10 min on floured surface. Cover and leave to rise for 1 hour. While it’s rising mix your filling ingredients well. Once risen roll it out into a rectangle, about 3/4cm thick. Spread the filling as best you can and roll it into a cinnamon roll. Slice into 14 pieces and add them to your loaf tin lined with parchment paper as I have. Cover and rest 40 min. Preheat oven to 180C. Brush with egg wash and then Bake for 10 min turn the oven down to 170C and bake for another 20-22 minutes. Brush with honey as soon as it’s out of the oven Enjoy warm or cold. Crispy pita, soft herby potato filling, juicy beef inside - and the secret flavor? Baharat spice 🥙 That warm Middle Eastern blend takes these Aruk Arayes to the next level. RECIPE BELOW . עארוק עארייס! 🔥 מתכון בתגובות . Recipe: Ingredients: 6 golden potatoes, peeled and cooked until very soft 6 scallions (green onions), finely chopped, including the green part A handful of parsley, finely chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1.5 teaspoons baharat 1 egg 1 pound ground beef About 6 to 7 pita breads, cut in half (12 to 14 stuffed halves) Olive oil, for cooking Method: 1. In a bowl mash the cooked potatoes to a slightly chunky consistency and let them cool slightly. 2. Add the scallions, parsley, ground beef, salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, baharat and egg. Mix very well until evenly combined. 3. Open up each pita half and stuff it with the Beef Aruk mixture. 4. On the stove on medium heat, pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil into a grilling pan. 5. Sear each stuffed pita face down for 4 minutes until it gets a nice brown color. 6. Then sear both sides of the pita for 2-3 minutes on each side. 7. Spray olive oil or avocado oil on top of the pitas. Transfer to a preheated oven on 400F/200C for 8 more minutes. 8. Serve with a drizzle of tahini, amba, green schug, and sumac onions. Enjoy!
