How to use the New Hip Thrust Machine ✨️ We think you're going to love it! 1) Setup : Adjust the machine so the backrest supports your upper back and the pad sits just above your hips. Place your feet shoulder width apart and adjust the angle of the foot plate to suit you. 2) Form: Drive through your heels. and squeeze your glutes at the top. Keeping your core tight and spine neutral throughout. 3) Control: Lower your hips slowly and don’t rush or swing the weight. 4) Avoid: ❌ Overarching your back. ❌ Letting knees cave in. ❌ Using too much weight over proper form. The girls know “hip thrusts are musts” when it comes to growing those glutes 🍑 and the key to it all is in solid form and glute-isolating technique. Here are some form cues to keep in mind: ⭐️ Feet should be shoulder-width apart and below knees at the top of the thrust. This will give you a 90° angle in the back of knees. ⭐️ Bench/back rest should be situated just below your shoulder blades. ⭐️ Drive through your heels - avoid trying to shift weight into the balls of your feet in order to press the weight up. ⭐️ Keep core active and pelvis level throughout the thrust. It can help to keep your gaze straight ahead of you. Do NOT excessively arch your back or flare your ribs too much. Plus tu descends, plus tu augmentes la flexion du genou, ce qui fait davantage intervenir les quadriceps avec les fessiers. Ce n’est pas une erreur : c’est simplement une question d’objectif. Si ton but est de mettre un maximum d’accent sur les fessiers, garde une amplitude contrôlée et une tension continue sans descendre excessivement. #musculation #exercice #hiptrust
