Follow @gainswithgabriellaa If you want real education, free tips, and proven strategies to build a strong, feminine body not just “lose weight” Let’s talk about it I’ve always had hip dips and never thought anything of them until my clients started to ask me “How can I fill them out?” YOU CANNOT It’s genetics Some women have bone structures where the dip will be naturally protruded There is NO muscle when you have a dip there therefor NOTHING to build upon So many videos online chatting absolute SHITE about “how I filled in my dips” not only are these people just chatting shit But they do not have the basic understanding of human anatomy or they do and they chose to lie anyway Bottom line is this part cannot be filled out I’ve always had hip dips if I stand in certain positions my hips look more filled out but as you can see standing naturally I have hip dips and I love them The goal isn’t just weight loss. It’s building shape, staying lean and strong, and feeling confident and feminine in your body. SIDE LYING HIP ABDUCTORS⤵️🦵🏽 Hip abduction is a quick and easy approach to improve the glutes- by a simple movement displacing the leg away from your body’s midline. For me, they are my favourite glute focused exercise, and if done correctly, they will WORKKK!💪🏻 For the correct form, you want to make sure you are elevated from the floor with enough room to lower your working leg behind your body. You can do this as I have in this video- or by using a bench!✨ Keep your back straight, leaning slightly forward, balancing yourself with your opposite arm on the bench, and drop your working leg behind the bench to the floor. Place the weight directly on top of the hip you are working, secure it in place with your hand. Slowly lift your leg through your hip to a 45° angle, squeezing your glutes throughout the whole movement. Then, lower it back down to just above the floor. I usually do 3 sets of 20 reps - with a 1 minute rest period between each set.⭐️ A common mistake people make is lifting their legs too far. Your hip abductors can only stretch out to about a 45° angle. After this you’ll be using your other hip muscles, and the exercise becomes less effective.
