I remember being in the position people often come to me in. Fearful, High Anxiety, Depressed, or in a cycle of constant overstimulation then feeling like I hadn't done enough to be so drained. I've learned a lot. There's knowledge I've gained that I feel I have to share with others. I believe that's why we're here together and most importantly it's what I want to do. I want to help people who feel like they want a different way of life, but cant find the PAUSE button to gather themselves and get there. LifePAUSE Mental Wellness is how I'm doing it. It's one of the ways l'm living in my purpose and following my own path. The goal is bringing people to the peace within themselves and from there the crashing waves simmer down. We become more attuned to ourselves and our breath. We just have to press pause on everything external. Visit the highlights on @lifepausemw to read more on LifePAUSE Mental Wellness.
