Lisensi Hak siar NOBAR @liga1match merupakan Sport Properti resmi milik SCM @emtek.media @iegindonesia yang wajib dijalankan secara legal, memiliki payung hukum dan sesuai regulasi yang berlaku. Langkah ini diharapkan memberikan wadah bagi masyarakat untuk menikmati pertandingan secara gratis dan legal, sekaligus menghadirkan wadah bagi UMKM dan pelaku ekonomi lokal untuk ikut bergerak. Serta mendorong Pemkot dalam mensosialisasikan bentuk pelaksanaan NOBAR yang legal dan memiliki landasan hukum yang jelas. Sebuah kolaborasi untuk mendukung antusiasme masyarakat, sekaligus menjaga agar ekosistem sepak bola tetap sehat dan tertib secara hukum. Untuk Yogyakarta.
