HAMotherhood is my biggest glow up. The good, the bad, the ugly. Before I had kids, I was 30 pounds lighter, I slept in and had less dark circles, and I had much fewer stretch marks. But even with all that, my life is so much better with these two girls in it. Motherhood has aged my beauty in the best way. I am learning to be proud of my body for all that it has done. I know how fleeting life is, I have lost two babies. And when I look at my girls they were and are worth it all. With all the shots, the sickness, the wrinkles, and the loss of sleep. They are still my greatest joy, blessing, and my tangible answer to prayer. My two miracles. I fail often, and they love me regardless. I wouldn’t go back to my life without them because they are my life. I am so thankful to God for this journey. And to my friends experiencing loss and longing for a baby, I see you. LUFail to prepare, prepare to fail. I’ll be using @runna_coach for my marathon 2024 training, however I often move my weeks around to suit my life that week…it’s normal…we’re not robots. But having a plan that you can stick to the majority of the time, will 100% help you to see results.
Or, just continue to irritate your friends with marathon talk and watch them slowly get so annoyed that they don’t want to see you anymore so you’ll have more free time than ever before 😌

Select any yardage, I chose 50 yards and give yourself a pass/fail window. Often 10% is the go to pass rate but I wanted to challenge myself a little bit so I set it to 5% (Carry numbers between 47.5yards - 52.5 yards is a raging pass).
I’ve done this before where it feels it’ll take forever to complete, but on the rare occasion, things just click!

because it sure is me. I have to remind myself quite often to just try before telling someone instead of looking for a reason to not try at all. You have it in you, you are capable, and yes you may fail, but when I grow up I don’t want to tell stories of what I could have done. I want to tell stories of what I did.
So how can you do this?
It’s extremely hard going out of your comfort zone and trust me I know you’re not sabotaging it because you want to, but rather because you feel you’re not ready.
But you are ready. Here are 3 things to notice
1) if you’re thinking about it so often, it means care enough about it.
2) if you find yourself really wanting to talk about it, instead of telling people how you feel or asking for an opinion. Try asking for advice on how to achieve it and focus on the positive.
3) you’ll never be more ready than you are right now.
This is your sign to just do it, and at least try.
