MR🌯 Tandoori Chicken Patties
🔸 For Chicken Filling:
• 250 g boneless chicken (small pieces or shredded)
• 1 tbsp butter or oil
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• ½ cup capsicum (chopped)
• 2 tbsp fresh cream
• 1½ tbsp tandoori masala
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• Salt – as needed
• 1 packet puff pastry sheets (6–8 sheets)
• 1 egg (for egg wash) OR 2 tbsp mil
👩🏻🍳 Method
Heat butter in a pan.add chicken and
sauté for seconds.
add salt, chilli powder, and tandoori masala.
Cook well until chicken is fully done and dry.
Add chopped onion and capsicum.
Sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly soft.
Add fresh cream.
Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Switch off flame. Filling ready. Let it cool.
Fill the filling and chese to the puff sheets
Fold and seal the edges using fork
Brush top with egg wash or milk
Bake
Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes or until golden brown.
(You can also air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.)
