Laugh with friends 😂. Exercise every single day 🏃‍♂️. Get outside ☀️. Drink less alcohol 🥃. Don’t smoke 🚭. Eat nutritious food 🍲 (you don’t need to be a fake Instagram bro eating raw eggs and leaves. Just eat like a 10 year old less often. You know what’s healthy). - Also, it’s important to remember that even when you do all of these things injuries and pain can still happen. However doing this shifts the odds to be in your favor to happen less often and to recovery as quickly as possible. - It’s not perfect.
