Key points from this session: - I like to do a full race warm up to practice what I will do on race day - I pace each 500 as I will do them in the 2k - Gotta practice the sprint 🏃‍♂️ - As always, fuelling with carbs during the session and getting recovery food in quickly after - Recovery swims are always good - Fist bumps are a must 👊 #2kerg #rp3 #rowing
