Episode 11 of MICROWAVE MAGIC✨a series where I make your favourite desserts at home only in a microwave 🙌🏻If your weekend plan involves chocolate, this 2-ingredient Chocolate Truffle is a must try 💁🏻‍♂️No baking, no fuss, just pure indulgence 🥳 Ingredients 💫1 cup condensed milk 💫1 cup cocoa powder 💫Extra cocoa powder, for dusting Method- 1. In a bowl, add condensed milk and microwave it for 1 minute. Alternatively, you can also cook it on the stove until it comes to a simmer. 2. Gradually sift the cocoa powder into the warm condensed milk, adding it in three batches and mixing well after each addition. 3. Once all the cocoa powder is fully incorporated, the mixture will become very thick. Transfer it to a 6-inch square dish lined with cling film. 4. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours. Once set, demould it on a chopping board dusted with cocoa powder. 5. Dust more cocoa powder on top. Use a hot knife to cut them into 9 square truffles. INGREDIENTS 2 ripe bananas 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut ½ cup chocolate chips 1 teaspoon coconut, optional INSTRUCTIONS 2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the shredded coconut and use a fork to mix with the bananas until well combined. 3. Using a medium 1.5 tablespoon spring-loaded cookie scoop, scoop a rounded ball of cookie dough and place it on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each. Makes 12-13 cookies. 4. Meanwhile, place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth and runny. 5. Dip the coconut balls in the melted chocolate, refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.

Pour cold heavy cream into a bowl. Make sure it’s plain cream without any added stabilizers or it won’t separate properly. 2. Whip on medium high until it first turns into whipped cream. Keep mixing past that point. 3. The cream will start forming yellow clumps. Place a towel over the mixer to stop splatter. 4. Keep whipping until the butter fully separates from the liquid. 5. Strain off the buttermilk and save it for pancakes. 6. Rinse the butter in ice water and squeeze gently to remove extra liquid so it keeps longer. 7. Add salt if you like, then store in a butter crock or shape into sticks #homemade #butter
