Fyodor Dostoevsky was a 19th-century Russian novelist whose work digs into guilt, faith, freedom, and the psychology of suffering. He was born in 1821 in Moscow and grew up in a strict, religious, and often harsh family environment. As a young man he got involved with a radical intellectual circle, was arrested, sentenced to death, and then "saved" at the last moment-his execution was staged and commuted to years of hard labor in a Siberian prison camp. That experience, along with deep poverty, illness (he was epileptic), and gambling addiction, shaped his obsession with moral struggle, humiliation, and redemption. He went on to write some of the most influential novels in world literature, including Crime and Punishment, The Idiot, Demons, and The Brothers Karamazov, all centered on characters breaking down under moral pressure and trying to make sense of God, freedom, and evil. He died in 1881, broke but legendary, and is now seen as a precursor to existentialism and modern psychological fiction. #philosophy #quotes #franzkafka #fyodordostoyevsky

No Human Is Limited. Follow For Growth @orinova.co Danny Marian Holcomb Jr. is a man with Down syndrome who became widely known after a viral video showed the moment he was accepted into Clemson University’s LIFE program—a special program designed to help students with intellectual disabilities learn independent living and job skills. Despite doctors once suggesting he might have very limited potential, he went on to complete the program and graduate in 2016. During his time at Clemson, he lived on campus, learned practical life skills, and built confidence that helped him become more independent. After graduating, he secured multiple jobs and was able to take care of himself—something many people once thought wouldn’t be possible. His story became inspirational not because of fame, but because it challenged assumptions about Down syndrome and proved that with the right support, determination, and opportunity, people can achieve far more than society expects.

It is a step-by-step biological process driven by sebum, follicular keratinization, microbial activity, and inflammation. This visual illustrates the progression of acne lesions inside the pilosebaceous unit: 1. Excess sebum Sebaceous glands become overactive, often under hormonal or inflammatory influence. Increased lipid production fills the follicle, creating an environment prone to blockage. 2. Comedone formation Abnormal keratinization causes dead keratinocytes to accumulate instead of shedding normally. Sebum + compacted corneocytes form a microplug, leading to open or closed comedones. 3. Micro-cyst As the follicle remains blocked, pressure builds. The follicular wall stretches, and inflammatory signaling begins — often before anything is visible on the surface. 4. Inflammatory lesion (pustule) Bacterial activity and immune response trigger inflammation. Neutrophils migrate, pus forms, and the lesion becomes clinically apparent. Why ingredient choice matters Different actives target different stages of this cascade: • Niacinamide — regulates sebum production, improves barrier function, and reduces inflammation • Glycolic acid — loosens corneocyte bonds, improving desquamation and preventing follicular blockage • Salicylic acid — penetrates lipid-rich follicles, dissolving sebum and reducing comedones • Azelaic acid — normalizes keratinization, reduces inflammation, and supports microbial balance Key insight: Acne is not just a surface problem. Effective treatment requires understanding where the process starts and which biological mechanism is dominant at each stage. Skin clarity is the result of controlled exfoliation, balanced sebum, intact barrier function, and regulated inflammation — not aggression. #skin #acne #pimple

Karate tournaments for people with disabilities are commonly held under Para-Karate competitions, which are officially recognized by the World Karate Federation (WKF). These tournaments allow athletes with physical disabilities, visual impairments, and intellectual disabilities to compete in a fair and structured way, usually in kata (forms) rather than full-contact sparring, focusing on technique, balance, power, and spirit. Para-Karate has featured in major international events like the WKF World Championships, showcasing incredible discipline, confidence, and athleticism. The goal is not only competition, but also inclusion, self-defense skills, confidence building, and respect, proving that karate is truly for everyone, regardless of physical limitations. 🥋 . . . #americanmeme #memes

The Sun King is a 1975 Iranian animated short produced during the creative pre-1979 era of Iranian cinema. Many films of this period were supported by the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (Kanoon), which encouraged artistic and symbolic storytelling. The film reflects the style of 1970s Iranian animation: minimalist design, strong graphic composition, and influences from Persian miniature art. The “Sun King” figure likely functions as an allegory of power and authority, since the sun in Persian symbolism often represents divine rule and cosmic order. Like many works of its time, it combines a simple narrative with deeper symbolic meaning. #animation #iran #iranian #shortfilm #films

Asking questions in Parliament doesn’t make someone a hero — that’s the easiest part. Real leadership is about answering, taking responsibility, and addressing uncomfortable issues too. If someone claims to be well-informed and intellectual, then why the selective silence on topics like love jihad or other serious concerns people are talking about? Awareness shouldn’t be selective. Stop idolizing politicians blindly — look at what they speak on, and what they choose to ignore.🙏🏻
