👇Here’s WHY these diet’s don’t work: 🥩Keto had its moment, and honestly, that moment needs to end. We don’t need to be afraid of bananas. Or oatmeal. Or a regular slice of chocolate cake on our birthday. Carbs are not the enemy, my friend. They’re hormone balancing, mood stabilizing, energy giving nutrients that we can use and enjoy to THRIVE in our lives. And the risk of nutrient deficiencies, fatty liver, and increased cardiovascular risk with long-term compliance doesn’t help it’s case either. 🥦Whole 30 and I have a personal beef, which led me to cry into a bowl of plain oatmeal and label myself a total failure.. but beyond that.. I just can’t get on board with eliminating half your pantry for 30 days. All it actually teaches your body is how to obsess, then binge when it’s over. Also—no bread, no beans, no dairy.. honestly.. no fun. ⏰And dear ol’ intermittent fasting. I can get on board with limiting late night eating for a number of reasons, but holding yourself to very limited windows of eating just isn’t realistic for most of us, especially when you have a family. Plus, intermittent fasting has a strong relationship to an increased risk of binge eating, especially if you have any history of disordered eating patterns. 👉What diet would you add to the list?? Recipes👇 Anti inflammatory tea: 1.5 cup water 1/2 tsp grated ginger 1/2 tsp grated turmeric 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper corns Simmer,pour,sip Chia soaked in high protein yogurt: 1 tub yogurt 6 tsp /30g Chia seeds 3-4 tbsp water Mix it all up and soak overnight. Gives 5 portions Chicken kofta red curry: 200g chicken breast Half onion chopped Salt and pepper Red chilli pow Coriander pow Garam masala pow Chopped coriander Ginger garlic and chilli For curry 1 tsp Thai red curry paste Chopped spinach Chopped coriander Salt 50ml coconut milk Blend together chicken breast cubes,garlic,ginger green chilli. Transfer it into a bowl and now add all the spices,seasoning,chopped onions and coriander. Mix it well. Now in a ceramic pan spray oil,either make balls or make cubes and sauté from both sides. Now add curry paste and spinach and cook along. Add some water and cover and cook. Once the chicken is done turn off the flame and add coconut milk. Check seasoning,sprinkle coriander leaves and garnish. Rajma and oats cutlet recipe i will share via reel. Comment “Yes” if you want me to post everyday meals until 45 days. Calorie Deficit Low carb meal plan is Non-Negotiable My personal magic hack focus on low carb- low calorie foods with lots of vegetables for more volume and satiety and you will keep losing weight every single week. 2. 1-2 days of compulsory fruit and detoxing, where I focus only on eating hydrating low calorie fruits, detox meals and smoothies, this alone will make you lose inches off your belly 3. Protein at Every Meal Chicken, fish, eggs, beans, or Greek yogurt , because I know protein keeps me full and protects my muscles while I’m losing fat, so I don’t get to lose my curves because I’m losing weight 4. No Sugary Drinks , Alcohol or Junk Snacks This one is something, I’ll strongly stick to, because honestly these are empty calories, with no nutritional value and they’re the real enemies against you losing that belly fat In a heartbeat Sodas, pastries, fries are completely gone. 5. Walk 10k Steps Daily Walking is underrated. It burns fat, reduces stress, and is easy to stick to. 6. Strength Training 3–4x Per Week Weights build muscle, and muscle which ensure a higher and boost metabolism , and this is key to faster fat loss. 7. Interminet fasting: I’ll create different fasting plans for myself, where some weeks will be 16:8, some days Omad, some days 18:6 and other days , mostly over weekend( Saturday-Sunday), when I’m at home all day with the family, I’ll stay off fasting completely 8. Hydrate Like Crazy At least 2–3 liters of water daily. Half the time you’re “hungry,” you’re just thirsty, and all you need was 1-2 glass of water and not that snack, so water will be my bestie at all times 9. Plan My Meals Ahead The easiest way to avoid cheating and going off track is stop guessing and properly plan and meal prep or at least know what I’m eating daily . This way, you’re not tempted to settle for anything available, or easily order for a cheat meal… 10. Track Progress Beyond the Scale Photos, waist measurements, how my clothes fit. The scale lies most times , and I don’t wait to stop Energy, Zeal and journey, Because I know progress shows in many ways
