…om du inte vill ge pannbenet en rejäl utmaning på samma gång! 🥵 Det känns som att norska intervaller blivit väldigt populära inom löpning det senaste… I alla fall när jag scrollar genom mitt flöde 👋🏼 Intervaller är en effektiv metod för att förbättra både syreupptagning, uthållighet & löpekonomi. Och man kan lägga upp intervaller på många olika sätt för att undvika att slita för mycket på kroppen, så att man också kan upprätthålla sin önskade distansnivå samtidigt som man jobbar med tex tröskelintervaller eller VO2max. 🥵😮‍💨 Upplägget jag kör här är enkelt ⤵️ 👉🏼 Du springer 4 min i ett kontrollerat men ansträngt tempo, följt av 1–3 min lugn jogg eller vila. Det upprepas oftast 4–6 gånger. Det som gör norska intervaller så bra är att tempot ska kännas ansträngt men kontrollerat. 👉🏼 Du ska kunna hålla samma tempo genom alla intervaller. Målet är att kunna ligga runt 90-95% av din maxpuls hela vägen. Fördelar med norska intervaller ⤵️ ✅ Förbättrar både kondition & syreupptagning ✅ Mindre slitsamt än många andra intervallformer ✅ Effektiv träning, försök ligga runt 85-95% maxpuls. Helst 90% och uppåt (så blir ingen allt för upprörd 😮‍💨) Ett enkelt pass kan se ut så här: Uppvärmning: 10 min lugn löpning Intervaller: 4 × 4 min i tröskeltempo Vila: 3 min lugn jogg mellan varje Nedjogg: 10 min lugnt tempo Det här är faktiskt något jag själv kommer lägga in mer i min löpträning framöver – ett riktigt bra pass för att bygga uthållighet och fart på ett hållbart sätt 🫶🏼 . . . . . . . . . . . . . #löpning #träna #löpträning #intervalltraining #intervaller
